Organising Collections
Creating A Collection
Your account starts with one collection, created when you sign up, which you can rename during onboarding. Add more from the collections screen. Each collection has a name, an optional description, and its own map settings.
The free plan allows one collection. Florafolio Pro removes the limit.
Choosing Your Groups
Collections work best when they match a physical place rather than a category: the glasshouse, the north border, the nursery bench, the front garden. Because a map belongs to a collection, splitting by location keeps each map meaningful.
If you would rather group by type — succulents, natives, edibles — use tags on individual plants and search across everything from the all plants screen.
Visibility
Collections are private by default. Unlisted makes a collection reachable to anyone with the link, and public lists it openly. Changing visibility never changes who can edit it; only you can do that.
Deleting A Collection
Deleting a collection also removes the plants inside it. The removal syncs to your other devices, so make sure you have exported anything you want to keep first — you can download a full copy of your data from account settings at any time.
